We are guaranteed to reach and exceed the seated capacity of the Rio tonight. Please RSVP in advance to secure your seat.
After 6PM, we will be allowing walk-ins until we reach capacity. Members who cannot fit in the venue are invited to participate online.

Members will be required to register upon entering the meeting with COPE membership checkers. RSVPing in advance can expedite membership checking.
Balloting will be done by a third-party surveying software with voting invites on a vote-by-vote basis. Please be prepared to access your e-mail and web browser to cast your ballots.
